  • We are excited to invite our guests to stay on-site at Wavus for the full summer camp experience!

    Booking Your Stay

    To Reserve: Please complete this form by May 31st to secure your spot. Cabins will be ready on Thursday afternoon for anyone arriving early.

    Louisa and John will handle the cabin assignments and will make sure that you’re paired with your closest buds!

    The Cabin Setup

    Each cabin features twin-style beds, electricity, heat/AC, two spacious restrooms, a porch, and plenty of room to spread out. Bed linens, pillows, bath and beach towels will be provided.

    What to Expect

    • A full camp breakfast will be served in the dining hall Saturday and Sunday, in addition to lunch on Saturday afternoon. Light breakfast will also be available on Friday morning.

    • Guests will have access to canoes and paddle boards for exploring Lake Damariscotta, tennis and basketball courts for some friendly competition, and walking trails along the lake.

    • We’ve rented a wood-fired sauna and hot tub for the weekend!

    Additional weekend details for our Wavus campers will be shared once the final headcount is confirmed.

  • Newcastle Inn

    A charming bed and breakfast within walking distance of Damariscotta’s Main Street. Since space is limited, we suggest securing your room as early as possible.

    If you plan to arrive before 9/25 or stay after 9/27, please book your room via the link first, then call the Inn directly to extend your stay.

    For more B&B options close to town, we suggest The Tipsy Butler or Hawkes House Inn. Both have limited space, so it’s best to reserve well in advance.

  • If you prefer a house rental, please search for properties on the Jefferson side of Lake Damariscotta or, alternatively, in the town of Damariscotta. This ensures a seamless connection to our shuttle service for all weekend events at Wavus.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

FOR GUESTS TRAVELING FROM AFAR, THE BEST OPTION IS TO BOOK A RENTAL CAR, AVAILABLE AT BOTH PORTLAND AND BOSTON AIRPORTS.

UBER/LYFT ARE NOT common IN THE DAMARISCOTTA REGION, SO WE highly recommend car rentals and carpooling.

ALTERNATIVELY, THE CONCORD COACH LINE BUS RUNS DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRPORTS (BOS, PWM) TO MAIN STREET DAMARISCOTTA. WE CAN HELP TO COORDINATE PICK-UPS AS NEEDED!
